PoBM graduates can master the theoretical concepts of specific knowledge fields in general and the theoretical concepts of particular sections in those knowledge fields deeply and formulate procedural problem-solving. Regarding skills, PoBM graduates can make strategic decisions based on information and data analysis and provide guidance in choosing various alternative solutions. In addition, PoBM graduates can utilise science and technology in the field of their expertise and adapt to situations encountered in solving problems.

The ILO BM which is connected explicitly between EQF and IQF in the aspect of knowledge and understanding, as stipulated in the ILO BM, consisting of the ability to master theoretical concepts in management science and to apply them in various types of organisations, both business and non-business at local, national and global levels; to master research methodology in the field of management science. To obtain all the competencies offered through the BM programme, students must complete 146 credits or equivalent to 220 ECTS in the BM programme. Specifically, students must have the ability to master the principles of leadership and entrepreneurship in various types of organisations
