GRADUATE PROFILE

A graduate profile is a posture that is produced when the learner (student) graduates or completes the entire learning process with the conformity of the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI) level. The Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI) maps the profile and competence of graduates based on each level of tiering. For example, based on KKNI level 9, the S3 Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Bengkulu University aims to produce graduates with Doctoral degrees in management science who have:

a. Insights and breadth of Science and technology reflected through competence, creativity, innovation, and independence, both on a national and regional scale, as well as internationally;
b. Managerial ability of entrepreneurship capable of developing concepts through education, research, and community service concerning duties development of Management Science and academic activities in general;
c. ability to take an interdisciplinary approach to the development of Science Entrepreneurship-based management and its application in proportion and Professional;
d. Integrity as a scientist and person with the ethics of Science and technology the positive in life during the scientific community and society in general;
e. Ability to serve Science and technology for development autonomy, people’s economy, and the environment, especially for social interests, culture, and tourism in a sustainable manner based on the concept of integrative and comprehensive entrepreneurship-based management.

GRADUATE LEARNING OUTCOMES

Each element of Learning Outcomes in skl is interpreted as follows:
(1) Attitude is a correct and cultured behavior resulting from internalizing and actualizing values and norms reflected in spiritual and social life through learning processes, student work experiences, research, or community service related to learning.
(2) Knowledge is the systematic mastery of concepts, theories, methods, or philosophies of specific fields of science obtained through reasoning in the learning process, student work experience, research, or community service related to learning. What is meant by student work experience is an experience in activities in a particular field over a period, confidence in the form of job training, practical work, fieldwork practices, or other similar forms of activity.
3) Skills shall be the ability to perform work using concepts, theories, methods, materials, or instruments obtained through learning, student work experience, research, or community service related to learning. The skill element is divided into two, namely general skills and specific skills, which are interpreted as follows: a. General skills are general work abilities that every graduate must possess in order to ensure the equality of graduates’ abilities according to the level of the program and the type of higher education; and b. Special skills are special work abilities that every graduate must possess following the scientific field of the study program.

Graduates of the S3 Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Bengkulu University based on KKNI can be divided into two learning outcomes, namely:
1) qualifications for learning outcomes that must be possessed by every graduate of the study program in general at each level of education;
2) special qualifications that doctoral graduates must possess following the expertise and knowledge they are capable of.
