The Doctoral in Management (henceforth DM) is one of the Doctoral programmes at the FEB Unib. This programme is expected to act as an institution that is responsive to the needs and developments of the time. This programme is established based on the decree of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 496/E/0/2013. This programme is certainly one of the doctoral programmes that offers training and the ability to prepare leader candidates to contribute to knowledge development. The DM has been accredited two times.
In 2016, the first accreditation of the Management Study Programme (Doctor) gained a B accreditation predicate Number 2136/SK/BAN-PT/Akred/D/IX/2016. The second accreditation on July 21st, 2021, DM FEB Unib has gained an “Excellent” accreditation predicate with a decree of BAN-PT Number: 9595/SK/BAN-PT/Akred/D/VII/2021. In the future, the DM will focus more on efforts to implement education programmes that focus on developing research and practice-based learning system, a sustainable curriculum based on the development of management science, the development of quality assurance, and an excellent academic culture.
