The Quality Assurance functions as a quality controller and development of academic and non-academic quality assurance systems at the Study Program level that is integrated with the quality assurance system of the Faculty and University as a whole. The main task of the Quality Assurance Group is to carry out academic quality assurance in every aspect related to improving academic quality in order to achieve the academic performance targets of the Study Program, with details of its duties including:

  1. Coordinate the preparation of academic quality standards at the Study Program level, including the preparation of documents, Study Program Specifications (SP), Graduate Competencies (KL), Procedure Manuals (MP), and Work Instructions (IK) following Academic Standards, Academic Quality Manuals and Procedure Manuals at the Study Program level.
  2. Monitor, evaluate, and analyze the follow-up implementation of the assessment and evaluation of the academic quality assurance of the Study Program.
  3. Prepare a document on guidelines for the implementation of the examination/thesis trial, aiming that the implementation of the examination/thesis trial has measurable and transparent standards.
  4. Help creates an effective internal control system in the Study Program.
  5. Assist the Head of the Study Program in monitoring and supervising the study program’s internal academic and non-academic activities.
  6. Provide recommendations for the preparation of improvements to academic activities in the Study Program to achieve the target
